If you have been following me for a while, then you know, how much I emphasize on the importance on taking small steady steps rather than extreme not long lasting steps.
Sometimes, by starting with one thing, and specially in the morning, that will create a positive domino effect, in the rest of your day.
So let's start with adding a Morning Tonic to your mornings, it releases toxins, aids your digestion, and boosts your immune system. Drink this tonic, first before anything else, wait for at least 35 minutes before having your breakfast.
What are the benefits?
HOT WATER: Hot water is really soothing for your digestion, great to have first thing in the morning and before bed. This is implemented in Ayurveda Medicine.
LEMON/LIME: This is a great way to release toxins, speed up metabolism and pack your body with Vitamin C for a strong immune system. The acidity in lemons or limes, encourages your body to produce bile which aids your digestion.
APPLE CIDE VINEGAR: Apple cider vinegar is also a great detoxifier, helps control your cravings and keep your blood sugar levels controlled. Start with 1/4 tsp and slowly increment to 1/2 tsp, it has a very strong flavor and smell.
COLLAGEN: Collagen this is a specific type of protein, that will not be found, in meats or other animal products. Collagen is high on amino acids, which is great for your digestions because it seals and heals your gut. It's also great for your hair, skin and nails.

1/2 lemon or lime
1/4tsp-1/2tsp apple cider vinegar
1 cup warm-hot water
1. Warm up your water.
2. Add lemon or lime fresh squeezed juice + apple cider vinegar
3. Drink up!
OPTIONAL: To add more value you can add 1/2 tsp colllagen powder or 1/2 tsp Ashwagandha
