My typical day on the go!

Hello! I hope you guys are having a wonderful week so far, I thought this post would be fun and you get to know a bit more about me and how I make it all function.

Now, I would like to clarify my days are not perfect some days I do get tired, loose my patience easily or /and feel in a funk, but like I said last week I always no matter what, keep going, push forward and try to stay in a state of gratitude. Basically just roll with the punches with a smile on my face.

Besides my positivity what keeps me going, is my OCD behavior, being structured and well organized. But also, being OK if something doesn't go my way.. I always say: Everything happens for a reason!

OK, enough, let's go to the details!

A day in the life of Amanda (you know I love speaking in the third person)

6:45 am Wake up to my phone alarm (which I been wanting to change the ringer forever, it's a bit annoying), I have it charging far away from the bed so I have to stand up, (sometimes I don't give two f*cks and go back to bed and sleep another 10 minutes) Regardless I meditate for 5-10 minutes, I repeat my mantra 10 times "Everything in life comes with easy, joy and glory". Followed by a fast morning skin routine, change and prep my little one for school.

I drink my warm lemon water followed by a green tea + MCT oil, to keep my intermittent fasting going.

7:30-8:30 am drop off the kiddo in school, head to the studio for my workout, love listening to inspiring podcasts first thing in the morning and it's a Instragram free zone for the first couple of hours of the day.

8:30-9:30 am I sweat it out, it's either my own pilates class or I jump in a barre class or yoga, sometimes a HIIT class.

10:00-11:00am I go straight into my office, which is right next the studio I teach, meet with clients, answer emails, work on content, among many other things. I don't eat breakfast right away, and it really depends when I get hungry but try to extend my Intermittent Fasting as much as possible without getting to a point that I'm starving. Explained all about it here.

11:00-12:00pm Time for breakfast & matcha with almond milk + honey. I usually have an omelette veggie, an avocado toast or oats my favorite recipe here.

12:00-2:00pm Make sure to finish everything before picking up the kiddo, clients, and try to be really engaged with you guys on IG story. From morning to noon it's when I have more energy, and that is what I want to share with you all.

2:00pm- 3:45pm I make myself a well balanced smoothie (fiber+carbs+fats+protein) or if I'm running errands I go for one. I make sure it has no added sweeteners, and it is well balanced so I remain full during the afternoon.

4:00pm-6:00pm Depends on the day but, I could be doing after school activities, grocery shopping, clients or teaching a pilates class. By this time I usually need my green tea pick me upper!

6:00pm-7:00pm I prep dinner, I'm a sucker for a good salad bowl, my favorite: greens, salmon my favorite recipe here, roasted veggies, a bit of rice or quinoa, avocado and Primal Kitchen dressing (sugar free and diary free).

TIP: I always make a bit more, so the next day I just do a different combination using leftovers from the previous day.

7:00-8:00pm We eat dinner, and if you were wondering if my little one eats the same as we do? Yes she does, just organized a bit differently.

8:00-8:45pm Family showers, little one goes to bed.

9:00-10:15pm Hubbs and I, watch our series, we are currently re-watching Game of Thrones, we felt we missed so much the first time we watched it.

10:15-10:30pm Skin routine, reading time and night night!

Thank you so much for reading and I hope this is useful l for you, something you can personalize it and implement in your life. :)
