My Honey Peach Oatmeal


Popping on here because this recipe I just made was the BOMB.COM

A few ingredients played a key factor in making this baby delicious so let's get to it!

Cook time: 5 mins

Total time: 10 mins

Serving: 1


  • 1/3 cup Steel Cut Oats

  • 1 cup Almond milk

  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil

  • 1/2 cup Fresh Peaches

  • Pinch of Salt

  • Dash of Cinnamon

  • 2 tbs Honey

  • 1 tbs Coconut Palm Sugar


1. Sauté half of the fresh peaches with honey and vanilla extract

2. Add almond milk heat up + pinch of salt over the stove top on medium high heat.

3. Once boiling, add the steel cut oats and cook for about 3 minutes stirring occasionally. If necessary, you can add an additional 1 tbsp of almond milk at a time until you are happy with the texture of the oatmeal.

4. Heat to a simmer, dash of cinnamon and add coconut palm sugar and mix it well together. 5. Once done, serve immediately, add the rest of the fresh peaches and if you wish a spoonful of granola

This recipe takes no more than 10 minutes and is perfect for when you have a little extra time in the morning. Also you may find that when you eat oatmeal in the morning, you have WAY MORE energy while working out!
