Hi loves!! I'm back from the mini break I took from blogging, honestly I feel bad to do it, cause I don't want to leave you guys hanging, BUT I need to do it once in a while so I can bring you better content.
So I'm back and I want to give you something really special, for waiting for me! I get asked this very often: What I buy?? and Where I buy it?
First of all, how I do make grocery shopping actually fun? Easy, first it's all about perspective about having fun with your food and getting creative. Get clear, the why?? Why do you want to eat healthy?? This helps you staying focused, relaxing and having fun.
I get very excited when new exciting products are being released, healthy alternatives to things we love! When I go grocery shopping I go thrilled! What new item will I find that day?!
However, I know this may come easy to me, knowing what to buy, what items are really healthy, without hidden ingredients.
I know now a days with so many options, it can be difficult for you guys to navigate the store aisles knowing what to buy, know what's really healthy!
Today I'm sharing with you all my Grocery List to HEB and Costco, everything that I buy at HEB you can find at Sprouts, WholeFoods and Trader Joe's.

When it comes to produce I bet organics as much as possible. Cost-Co has a great price for organic fruit and veggies. When want to buy smaller quantities HEB is my go to. Here are some of my favorites:
granny smith apples
avocados (there is no competition when it comes to berries and avocado, Costco has the best prices)
power greens (a huge bag that has: arugula, spinach, kale)
