They say listening is better than talking! Yes, I agree wholeheartedly!
I must admit I love talking so becoming a good listener has been quite a journey.
In this case, I wasn't planning to share this recipe with you guys, for a couple of reasons, BUT, many of you asked for it; and because I'm working in becoming a better listener and the whole purpose of this blog it's about adding value to your lives (it's about YOU need), well, then here it is!
Now, before I continue, as you may know by now, I'm obsessed with smoothie bowls and açai bowls, the key, is to get the consistency.
You want a creamy consistency not a watery one, so take it slowly and be careful in not adding to much almond milk or coconut milk.
Here are the ingredients that you are going to need for this recipe, I got the Açai Sambazon Packs at Sprouts, you can also find them at Whole Foods, Trader Joe's or you can always find them online at Amazon.
Açai Smoothie Blend - Sambazon
Almond Milk - Califia Farms
Peanut Butter - Nut N Butter
Collage Powder - Primal Kitchen
One of the things I love about smoothies bowls and açai bowl, is that you can get as creative as you want by adding your favorite toppings: chia seeds, cacao nibs, dark chocolate, granola, fruit, dried coconut....(the list goes on and on)
So, have fun, get creative and enjoy!! And if you do get a watery consistency, don't sweat it, try adding less milk next time ;)
