November is here 🍂 and to celebrate I made a Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bread 🍞✨✨ It came out so good, decided I'll get my sugar fix with a healthy GF and paleo friendly treat than with the Halloween candies 🎃from this week.🙌🏻

PUMPKIN CHOCOLATE CHIP BREAD
Prep time: 10 minutes
Total time: 40 minutes
1 loaf = 8-10 slices
4 medium eggs
1 cup pumpkin purée
1/4 cup grassfed butter/coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup coconut palm sugar
2 cups almond flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
1. Preheat oven at 350F.
2. Mix all liquid ingredients first (eggs+pumpkin purée+butter+vanilla), separate bowl mix all dry ingredients(almond flour+coconut palm sugar+sea salt+baking soda+cinnamon).
3. Mix dry ingredients into liquid ingredients.
4. Lastly, fold in the chocolate chips. Fill in the loaf pan and sprinkle some extra chocolate chips on top.
5.Bake for 25-30mins. Let it cool down!
