Pan Sheet Beef Fajitas

What are the first words that come to your mind when you think about Summer? I’m going to bet some of the words that come to mind are, fun, sun, water, friends, gatherings, right? And, with gatherings, comes food, and the least you want to do during a Summer day is being stuck in the kitchen cooking! Whether you are making food for company or dinner for the family, here is an easy easy recipe for you to make this Summer a Sheet Pan Beef Fajitas, you only need one sheet pan and an oven and that is it! Because I stand for EASY, DELICIOUS and HEALTHY and that is the only thing you will see in my style of cooking. BEEF FAJITAS

Ingredients 3 Bell Peppers (Orange, Red, Yellow), thin sliced. 2 medium size skirt beef fajitas 1 cup White Onions 1 tbs sea salt 1 tbs black ground pepper 1 tbs garlic powder 1 lime, juiced ¼ cup cilantro, chopped Instructions 1. Preheat oven at 350F. 2. Slice Bell peppers, onions and fajita and mix them well in the sheet pan. 3. Add spices; sea salt, ground pepper and garlic powder. 4. Cook for 12-15 minutes depending on how you like your steak. 5. Add lime juice to taste and add some cilantro to garnish. Notes: Warm up some corn tortillas to make tacos or to make tostadas. ENJOY!
