I little bit of my own perspective
Do you constantly find yourself stuck in the same place? You are always trying and trying to lose weight, feel lighter, and achieve a bad ass metabolism and digestion; but it seems this is an unachievable myth.
Sounds familiar, right? It sure does to me, because I had the same struggle for years.
That is why, I know what doesn’t work and I know what works, because I have proved it with my own body and many clients who I have worked with.
My style, my approach is a bit different from your usual “counting calories”, weighing yourself daily kinda of coach, because realistically when has that worked longterm, key word LONG TERM. Now that is my style, I focus on helping you achieve a healthy long and sustainable life, a life and health that gets better and better as you start your journey! I teach you how to achieve a healthy sustainable lifestyle doesn’t matter in what stage in life you are at.
How will we achieve this type of lifestyle?
From where it all starts, in your mind. Your mind and body are physically connected you can’t start working with one, without starting with the other as well.
I work along with you so we can identify foods that you actually crave that are healthy and great for your body, connect with your intuition, and work on your limiting beliefs so you get a right healthy mindset to achieve the life that is meant for you.
It does sound different right? That is why it works, you could say my approach is more of a holistic approach. I think more of a realistic, loving, and long term approach. Some of the areas that we work on:
What is the healthy “diet” lifestyle that will work for you, specifically! What might work for me, might not work you. We find out what works for you to make it easy, healthy and delicious.
What are your trigger points, do you eat because of stress, anxiety, depression? You will learn ways to work on your trigger points to avoid self-sabotage.
Feeling uninspired, lost in translation, stuck in life. We will get you to live a life from a place of purpose and self-love.
Lack of energy? We slowly and surely get you there with the right healthy wholesome foods and motivation.
